By using spark you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. What spark is
- —spark is a tool that generates landing pages from a text description of your idea, hosts them publicly, and collects email signups from visitors.
- —An optional AI analysis ($19 one-time) is available once your page has signups.
2. Your account
- —You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- —You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- —You must be at least 16 years old to use spark.
3. Acceptable use
- —You may only use spark for lawful purposes.
- —You may not use spark to promote illegal products or services, spread misinformation, harass individuals, or collect emails under false pretences.
- —We reserve the right to remove any page and suspend any account that violates these terms, without notice.
4. Your content
- —You own the idea text and content you create.
- —By using spark you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to operate the service.
- —You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Email signups you collect
- —You are responsible for how you use the email addresses collected through your spark page.
- —You must comply with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when contacting people who signed up.
- —Do not mislead visitors about what they are signing up for.
6. Payment
- —The AI analysis unlock is a one-time payment of $19 USD per page.
- —Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

7. Page hosting
- —Free pages are hosted for 7 days from creation.
- —Unlocked pages are hosted for 30 days from the unlock date.
- —We do not guarantee uptime but aim for 99%+ availability.
8. AI-generated content
- —The landing page copy and AI analysis are generated by AI and may contain errors.
- —They do not constitute business, legal, or financial advice.
- —You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it.
9. Limitation of liability
- —spark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- —Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Changes
- —We may update these terms. We will notify you via email for material changes.
- —Continued use of spark after changes constitutes acceptance.
