spark ("we", "us", "our") operates usespark.net. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. What we collect

—Account data: your email address when you create an account or sign in.
—Landing page content: the idea text and generated page content you create on spark.
—Visitor data: when someone visits your spark page we record a page view (no personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting).
—Signup emails: email addresses that visitors voluntarily submit on your landing page.
—Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

—To generate and host your landing page.
—To count views and signups and show them to you.
—To deliver the AI analysis you unlock.
—To process payments via Stripe.
—To send transactional emails (e.g. auth links). We do not send marketing emails.

—We do not sell your data.
—Supabase — database and auth hosting (EU/US).
—Anthropic — AI analysis (your idea text and signup count are sent to generate results).
—Stripe — payment processing.
—Netlify — app hosting.
—No other third parties have access to your data.

—Email addresses collected on your spark page belong to you. We store them on your behalf.
—You may export or delete them at any time.
—We do not use them for our own marketing.

—Free pages are hosted for 7 days, then expire (data is retained but the page goes offline).
—Unlocked pages are hosted for 30 days from the unlock date.
—You can delete your pages and account at any time by contacting us.

—We use a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.

—We may update this policy. Continued use of spark after changes means you accept the updated policy.
